Are you really willing to refund 20% if KPI isn't hit?

No, we don't refund 20% — we just don't earn it. The base 80% is a retainer covering our work. The bonus 20% is paid upon hitting the KPI. If it's missed, you don't pay that part. Simpler and more transparent than "refunds."

Who picks the KPI? You or us?

Together. During strategy we'll propose a KPI that reflects your profit, not our comfort. Not "30% traffic growth" — but "100 qualified leads per month" or "ROAS at or above 4.0." If we can't agree, we don't take the project.

Why should I trust one team with all my digital?

Because splitting it between vendors is exactly why results "get lost" between them. We have dedicated specialists per channel (dev/SEO/Google and social are different DNA), but they work from one plan, one backlog, one KPI. You see one manager who owns the entire result.

What if I only need one channel — say, SEO?

Yes, possible. But the KPI model works worse on a single channel — too many external factors. Honestly: if you only need SEO, we'll take it as a regular contractor, no bonus model. The model's full power is when we run 3+ channels in concert.

Who pays for ad budgets — you or us?

You pay ad budgets directly to Google / Meta / TikTok. Our fee covers the work: strategy, setup, creative, optimization, reports. More transparent — and we have nothing to mark up.

What's the minimum budget to work with you?

From €1,500/month for our work. That's for businesses with monthly digital budgets of ~€3,000+. If smaller — we can't deliver meaningful results and we'll say so honestly.

How often are reports, and what do they look like?

Weekly — a short chat status (done / planned). Monthly — a KPI review on video, with a dashboard showing all channels in one picture. No "charts from four different tools" — everything in one place.
